Two mandatory items required by the Ministry of Education
(6-1) Measles & Rubella Antibody Test or Vaccination Proof
Students must provide a measles and rubella antibody test report (valid within 5 years) or valid vaccination proof, and submit it to the center at check-in.
(6-2) Chest X-ray for Tuberculosis
Students must provide a chest X-ray report for tuberculosis conducted within 3 months before arriving in Taiwan, and submit it at check-in.

(6-1) Xét nghiệm kháng thể sởi và rubella hoặc giấy chứng nhận tiêm chủng
Sinh viên phải cung cấp báo cáo xét nghiệm kháng thể sởi và rubella (có giá trị trong vòng 5 năm) hoặc giấy chứng nhận tiêm chủng hợp lệ và nộp cho trung tâm khi làm thủ tục nhập học.
(6-2) Chụp X-quang ngực để kiểm tra bệnh lao
Sinh viên phải cung cấp báo cáo chụp X-quang ngực để kiểm tra bệnh lao được thực hiện trong vòng 3 tháng trước khi đến Đài Loan và nộp báo cáo khi làm thủ tục nhập học.

学生は、5年以内に実施された麻疹・風疹 抗体検査報告書、または有効な予防接種 証明書を提出し、チェックイン時に センターへ提出してください。
(6-2) 結核の胸部X線検査
学生は、台湾到着前3か月以内に実施された 結核の胸部X線検査報告書を提出し、 チェックイン時に提出してください。

(6-1) Prueba de anticuerpos contra el sarampión y la rubéola o comprobante de vacunación
Los estudiantes deben presentar un informe de la prueba de anticuerpos contra el sarampión y la rubéola (válido dentro de los últimos 5 años) o un comprobante de vacunación válido, y entregarlo al centro durante el registro.
(6-2) Radiografía de tórax para tuberculosis
Los estudiantes deben presentar un informe de radiografía de tórax para tuberculosis realizado dentro de los 3 meses anteriores a su llegada a Taiwán y entregarlo durante el registro.
