Health Check Report (Two mandatory items required by Ministry of Education)
(6-1) Measles & Rubella Antibody Test or Vaccination Proof:
Students must provide a measles and rubella antibody test report (valid within 5 years) or valid vaccination proof, and submit it to the center at check-in.
(6-2) Chest X-ray for Tuberculosis:
Students must provide a chest X-ray report for tuberculosis conducted within 3 months before arriving in Taiwan, and submit it at check-in.
Note: Students unable to provide the report on the first day must complete the examination within 14 days after arrival in Taiwan and submit proof. |
