Insurance covered by designated insurance company. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, it is compulsory for all foreign students to take out accidental insurance. If a student already has insurance with a third party provider and is able to provide documentation, then additional insurance is not required. Our insurance provides accidental medical insurance, which covers up to NT$20,000 and is not medical insurance. Foreigners must stay in Taiwan for six months before they can apply for National Health Insurance (NHI). |

Tuition Refund Rules
- Unable to attend due to the late start of classes; will return full tuition and registration fee.
- Applied for refund before the start day of classes; will return 90% of tuition only, registration fee is non-refundable.
- Applied for refund after the start of classes, but attended 1/3 or less of the class; will return 1/2 of fees, registration fee is non-refundable.
- Unable to stay in Taiwan due to visa problem (please specify); after the CLEC director's approval, will return full tuition and registration fee.
- No refund will be made to students who have been notified of illegal employment or other violations of law or regulations and are unable to continue their studies.

Refunds will be made by remittance to students'
designated bank accounts and will take approximately
two weeks.
If remittance is required to the student's foreign account,
the remittance fee and the difference in the exchange rate
on the day of the remittance will be borne by the student
himself/herself.

Quy định hoàn học phí
- Không thể tham gia do lớp học bắt đầu muộn; được hoàn lại toàn bộ học phí và phí đăng ký.
- Nộp đơn hoàn phí trước ngày bắt đầu lớp học; được hoàn lại 90% học phí, phí đăng ký không được hoàn lại.
- Nộp đơn sau khi lớp học bắt đầu nhưng đã tham gia không quá 1/3 số buổi học; được hoàn lại 1/2 học phí, phí đăng ký không được hoàn lại.
- Không thể ở lại Đài Loan do vấn đề visa (vui lòng nêu rõ); sau khi được Giám đốc CLEC phê duyệt, được hoàn lại toàn bộ học phí và phí đăng ký.
- Không hoàn phí cho sinh viên đã được thông báo về việc làm bất hợp pháp hoặc các hành vi vi phạm pháp luật/quy định khác và không thể tiếp tục học.

授業料返金規定
- 授業開始が遅れたため受講できない場合は、 授業料および登録料を全額返金します。
- 授業開始前に返金を申請した場合は、 授業料の90％を返金します。 登録料は返金されません。
- 授業開始後に返金を申請し、 出席が授業全体の3分の1以下の場合は、 授業料の半額を返金します。 登録料は返金されません。

El costo postal real debe pagarse al Centro

Normas de reembolso de matrícula
- Si no puede asistir debido al inicio tardío de las clases, se devolverá la totalidad de la matrícula y la tarifa de inscripción.
- Si solicita el reembolso antes del inicio de las clases, se devolverá el 90% de la matrícula. La tarifa de inscripción no es reembolsable.
- Si solicita el reembolso después del inicio de las clases pero ha asistido a un tercio o menos de las clases, se devolverá la mitad de la matrícula. La tarifa de inscripción no es reembolsable.
- Si no puede permanecer en Taiwán debido a problemas con la visa (especifique el motivo), se devolverá la totalidad de la matrícula y la tarifa de inscripción después de la aprobación del director de CLEC.
- No se realizarán reembolsos a estudiantes a quienes se haya notificado sobre empleo ilegal u otras infracciones de las leyes o reglamentos y que no puedan continuar sus estudios.

Si se requiere una transferencia a una cuenta bancaria extranjera,
el estudiante deberá asumir la comisión de transferencia
y cualquier diferencia en el tipo de cambio
del día de la transferencia.

y adjunte los documentos correspondientes.
Todos los reembolsos se procesarán mediante transferencia bancaria
dentro de los 10 días laborables.
