1. If the venue is canceled after booking, please notify the management unit at least 7 days in advance. Except for force majeure, no fees will be refunded. 2. Users must take care of public property and equipment. No nails or adhesives may be used on walls. Any damage must be compensated. 3. One seat per person is required. No additional seating is allowed without permission, and overcrowding is prohibited. 4. Compensation and prohibited use: • Smoking and bringing food or beverages into the venue is strictly prohibited. Violators will be required to compensate and may be banned from future use. • If meals (e.g., boxed lunches) are consumed on campus, trash must be sorted according to Taipei City regulations and sent to the school’s trash area. Failure to comply will result in a ban from future use. 5. Users may not tamper with power lines or electrical equipment without permission to avoid hazards. 6. In case of emergencies (air raid, earthquake, fire, etc.), the user unit is responsible for guiding personnel and taking safety measures. 7. Users may only use the venue’s existing equipment. Any additional equipment requires prior approval and must not damage or alter the venue. 8. After the event, users must clean up and remove all items. Otherwise, the school will treat leftover items as waste and charge cleaning fees. Users are responsible for any property damage. 9. Any required setup or cleanup outside of normal hours must be stated in the application and will be charged accordingly. 10. The school may terminate use and confiscate fees if the following occur: • Violation of laws or public morality. • Actual use differs from the registered purpose. • Damage to school property or facilities. • Participants disrupt normal operations or campus safety. |
