Q14:Am I able to get a refund or make up a class if my child is sick or unwell during the duration of the camp?

We are unable to provide refunds or rearrange classes to cover any single day of absences caused by illness or personal matters. Any refunds permitted will be in accordance with Article 17 of the Implementation Measures for the Promotion of Education in Colleges of the Ministry of Education.
