收到繳費通知
報名表送出後將收到中心寄出的繳費通知信，若7-10日內沒收到通知信，請與我們聯繫。
完成繳費
請於7個工作天內完成繳費。
確認報名完成
確認款項後，將以E-mail通知報名完成。

注意事項
詳閱營隊規定與退費標準
報名之前，請務必詳讀營隊簡章中的各項規定與退費標準。
繳費方式
繳費方式以國內外匯款及現場繳費為主，無法使用信用卡繳費。
逾期報名繳費
超過時間報名繳費者，自動喪失報名資格，本中心不另行通知；若後續想報名者，請先來信詢問是否還有名額，請勿自行繳費。
候補名單
如果您提交申請後，14個工作天未收到繳費通知信，代表您已列入候補名單，需要等待專人與您聯絡，通知是否有名額釋出。

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Complete the Online Registration Form
Please complete the online registration form to submit your application.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive a payment notice from the Center by email. If you do not receive the notice within 7–10 days, please contact us.
Complete the Payment
Please complete the payment within 7 working days.
Confirm Registration Completion
Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming that your registration is complete.

Read the Camp Regulations and Refund Policy Carefully
Before registering, please be sure to carefully read all camp regulations and the refund policy provided in the camp guide.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by domestic or international bank transfer or in person. Credit card payments are not accepted.
Late Registration and Payment
Applicants who register or make payment after the deadline will automatically lose their eligibility to register. The Center will not send a separate notification. If you wish to register at a later time, please contact us first to inquire whether there are still available places. Please do not make a payment on your own before confirming with us.
Waiting List
If you do not receive a payment notice within 14 working days after submitting your application, it means that you have been placed on the waiting list. Please wait for a staff member to contact you and inform you whether a place becomes available.
